GrantsWare is a feature rich web based application designed to suit all of your grant-management needs. We continuously update our software based on user needs and suggestions. In addition GrantsWare can be customized to fit your exact specifications.

Accessibility and Security

  • Password protected access from any computer with an internet connection.
  • Administrators can add authorized users and set varying levels of accessibility.
  • SSL enabled for the ultimate internet security (Optional).
Tracking and Managing Grant Information
  • Add/View/Edit information for each grant including name, amount, grant period, milestones, schedules, match percentages and contact information.
  • Manage all grant functions from a single screen.
  • Allow grantees to view milestones and update status or add comments.
Funding Requests
  • Allow grantees to submit fund requests online and check their status.
  • Review, approve and process fund requests.
  • Track request status at each stage and add comments.
  • System prevents funding requests exceeding the amount of funds available.
Reporting
  • Create and view quarterly financial status reports (calendar can be customized).
  • All forms are OMB approved.
  • Preview, submit, and print reports.
